Region Jämtland Härjedalen has a vision where Jämtland County will become a fossil fuel free region; one of the goals is that at least five companies shall develop a plan to replace fossil-oil with bio-oil.
Energy Agency in the region Jämtland Härjedalen is responsible for the project and recently conducted a working meeting with the aim to facilitate, speed up the process and lay the foundation for cooperation for including procurement and logistics.
Wibax attended the meeting as bio-oil supplier and technical expert about conversion issues and looks forward to continued cooperation in an interesting project that cares about our environment.
– We hope that this project gives a ripple effect and that more regions are beginning to work with environmental issues in similar ways, says David Wiklund, Marketing Director, Wibax Energy AB.
