Michael Bodin, 47 and from Piteå, has been appointed as the new Production Director at Wibax in Piteå. He will have overall responsibility for managing and developing production at Wibax, where work is ongoing to determine how best to implement a planned increase in production.
Michael joins Wibax from Smurfit Kappa, where he was employed as a maintenance manager. He has also previously served in the armed forces.

I believe that my experience from the armed forces and my time in the paper industry will enable me to help take both production and working methods to a whole new level. I hope to be able to deliver commitment and job satisfaction, as well as contribute to the continued excellent development of production at Wibax, and the personal development of production personnel,” says Michael Bodin, Production Director.
Wibax has obtained a permit for increased production, and in conjunction with the new environmental permit entering into force, further renovation work will get under way at Wibax’s production plant. The permit paves the way for increased production of magnesium sulphate solution.
