Wibax is closely monitoring international developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, continuously evaluating the situation and any impact it might have on our operations. For the time being, neither our operations nor our delivery capabilities have been impacted, and we believe that the situation is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future. We are closely following recommendations from the Swedish Public Health Agency and the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, regarding the virus, and we are providing our staff with regular updates. Safety is of the utmost importance.
As a safety measure, Wibax has implemented a temporary procedure where we ask visitors to our facilities (clients, contractors, suppliers, drivers etc.) about their recent travel history. If you are on your way to, or planning a visit to, one of Wibax’ facilities, we ask that you are prepared to answer these questions.
If, in the three weeks preceding your planned visit to Wibax, you have visited China, South Korea, Iran, Italy or Austria, or if you have any of following symptoms; fever, or dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, aches, pains, you will be denied entry to Wibax facilities and offices. Additional countries may be added to this list.
Please note that we no longer shake hands at Wibax, as a preemptive measure to minimise the spread of COVID-19, as well as other illnesses with similar symptoms.
All of the above applies to Wibax’ own staff as well. Wibax has put strict travel restrictions in place, and we strongly recommend organising phone meetings instead of travelling and meeting in person.
We ask for everyone’s understanding on the matter. These measures are taken to minimise the spread of the virus and we apologise for any inconvenience that they may cause.
