The energy supplier E.ON has the goal of making all of its own production with recycled and renewable fuel by 2025.
Now E.ON takes one step closer to its goal – to produce and deliver only 100 percent recycled or renewable district heating by 2025 – replacing the fossil oil in the Navestad reservoir with renewable biogas. Navestad is one of two reservoirs in Norrköping. The plant is run when the regular production at Händeloverketet needs to be supported, for example in case of malfunction or severe cold.
