Wibax purchasing department has been reinforced and we welcome Hans Henriksson as purchasing manager! The purchasing department is the group, Hans is also a part of to the management team at Wibax. The work involves largely responsibility for the supply of products. Wibax purchases from global producers and the transport is by sea, rail and/or truck to Wibax terminals that are strategically located in Sweden, but there are also direct deliveries to customers in the Nordic region.
Hans lives in Skellefteå with his wife and two children and in the current situation, he commutes to his job at Wibax. Hans has for most of his professional working life worked in purchasing and marketing as well as business development such as LEAN, etc. Most recently, he worked at Bergteamet, where he was Marketing Director, previously he was also responsible for the supply of raw materials to Boliden’s smelter where he worked for 16 years.
– I have had Wibax on the map as a potential employer for a time and my decision was triggered by Wibax tough and challenging growth plan. This will require a lot of great strides and I hope my experience can contribute to reaching the goal. I was also lured by Wibax culture and energy, and that they are so incredibly solution-oriented. I am surprised by how helpful everyone is, I have learned a lot in the weeks that I have been working here, says Hans Henriksson.
