Wibax' establishment in Finland can now be seen on the road. The first vehicles with the right livery rolled out last week.
"We are here to stay and will need to recruit quite a bit", says Tero Väyrynen, CEO, Wibax Finland.
Even though Wibax has been present on the Finnish market since 2013, a major step was taken in 2020, with the purchase of the storage company Baltic Tank, now operating as Wibax Tank Oy. Following the acquisition of JJ Kuljetus this spring, Wibax’ entire concept of sales, storage and logistics is now available in Finland too – but it hasn’t been visible on the roads, until now.
“Wibax unique concept of storage and transportation means that we can offer our customers cost-efficient logistics solutions”, says Tero Väyrynen. Starting last week, Wibax’ visual presence increased, as the first vehicle with the right vehicle and logo went on the road in Finland.
“It of course feels great that we can now show our true colours. The continued expansion in Finland means that we will also be recruiting new staff, both administrative staff and drivers”, says Tero Väyrynen.
The Finnish vehicle fleet consists of 15 vehicles, all due for a Wibax makeover.
“Wibax’ total solutions concept has been well received on the Finnish market and we see continued potential for major growth”, explains Tero Väyrynen.
